Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shankar is a Brit-American sitarist and musician. She is also the very first and youngest female to receive an award from the British House of Commons Award. Anoushka Shakar is a promising young rising superstar on the Indian Sitar, is Anoushka. She is the student and daughter to Ravi Shankar. Born in London, she spent the early years of her life bouncing between London and New Delhi. The first time she performed was on stage in New Delhi at the tender age of 13.
